GROUP TRAINING

Struggling to find motivation is probably the number one reason people stop getting physical exercise on a regular basis. Intense physical activities require lots of energy, focus, and determination, especially if you are doing them alone. Group Training can help to overcome these obstacles, as you’ll be working out alongside a group of like-minded people who will help push you forward and give your best effort. This kind of motivation can play a key role in helping you achieve your goals. Training in a group environment can make a workout more effective and is definitely more interesting than exercising alone.

ONLINE COACHING

Face to face personal training is often the best route to achieving your targets, this unfortunately is not possible for everyone either for financial reasons or because of time constraints so online coaching is the next best thing and is the future of personal training.  Your programs will be delivered electronically along with any coaching that is required.

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

The kettlebell is one of the most effective tools available for developing strength and conditioning in combat athletes.

Traditional training with barbells and dumbbells generally involve isolating muscle groups and moving through single planes of motion and do very little to replicate the movement patterns required for fighting. Kettlebells however,  are a unique piece of equipment. in that their unusual shape and offset centre of gravity means that they challenge your body in a completely different way.

STEEL CLUB TRAINING

Clubs have been used by warriors in one form or another for thousands of years, as far back as cavemen, and are perhaps the oldest training tools known to man. Clubs were used as hunting tools as well as weapons of war and so the need to become proficient in their use was vital for obtaining food and protecting life. They were essentially a tool that provided man with an advantage in liviving up to the old adage, "survival of the fittest".
