Boxercise  is a great all over workout that's hard to beat!  Based on boxing skills and drills, classes
are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels as participants work at thier own pace. The Class format varies from instructor led pad work, to circuits incorporating Boxercise movements and functional exercises. Sessions are constantly varied ensuring participants are continually challenged and they won't get bored!

HEALTH BENEFITS
Boxercise - the best stress buster around - is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are always fun, energetic and addictive.
GROUP CLASSES OR ONE-TO-ONE
Regular Boxercise classes run throughout the week. To ensure everybody's safety, all participants are required to complete our fundamentals course (four sessions covering the fundamental techniques and everything you'll need to know to safely participate in group classes). After completing the fundamentals course, you have the option to join any of our regular classes for a fun and motivational workout that burns fat and improves all round fitness. Alternatively if you're pushed for time why not book a half-hour one-to-one focus pad session for a short sharp high intensity workout that will leave you feeling pumped and wanting more.
